Clean, Climate-Controlled Facility Safety-First Culture What You'll Do:
Determine materials required to fabricate tooling pieces. Navigate a CAD/CAM system to produce pieces from 3-D models. Make required tooling and assists other departments with jigs, fixtures, machines, molds, and dies. Build and repair molds and dies. Set up and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, grinders. Set up and operate Wire EDM and EDM die sink machines. Machine parts and verifies conformance to specifications. Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances. Heat-treat tools or parts. Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or GED 5 years related experience in tool room with plastic injection molds or stamping dies preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality Experience in CNC Machining, CNC EDM and CNC Wire preferred Journeyman's card preferred Why Delta Systems?
