Injection Mold Operator We are looking for a dedicated Injection Mold Operator in Wadsworth, OH, to join our team on first shift. This role is perfect for someone with a couple of years of experience in injection molding, seeking an entry-level position with growth opportunities. You will be responsible for starting up injection molding machines, making adjustments as needed, checking product quality, and moving finished goods using a pallet jack or forklift. If you enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and are eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

Hours:

Monday- Friday 6am-2pm

Pay:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Start up injection molding machines and ensure proper operation Make necessary adjustments to machinery during shifts Check the quality of finished products Use pallet jack or forklift to move finished product Maintain a safe and clean work area

Minimum Requirements:

2+ years of experience in injection molding (preferred) Ability to operate and adjust injection molding machines Basic understanding of quality control procedures Ability to work on-site and lift up to 50 lbs Nice to

Experience with mold changes Forklift or pallet jack experience Basic mechanical skills
