Foundry Worker Location:

Position Overview:

We are hiring Foundry Workers to support production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves working directly with molten metal and assisting in the casting of parts used in the mining industry. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in high-heat conditions and have prior manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with foundry pouring operations and production processes Stage and prepare molds for casting, including frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs) Operate foundry equipment to melt metal, pour molten metal into ladles, and transfer into molds Follow all safety procedures while working around molten metal (~3000°F) Maintain production flow and support overall team operations

Work Environment:

Covered, open-air facility exposed to outdoor elements High-heat environment due to molten metal, PPE, and seasonal temperatures Required use of full PPE, including fire-retardant gear

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing experience required Foundry experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work safely in high-temperature environments Comfortable with physically demanding work and lifting requirements
