We are currently seeking Foundry Operators to join our operation. This is more than a manufacturing role — it's an opportunity to build a long-term career in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. This is a 1st Shift, Full-Time position: Monday•Thursday, 5:00 AM•3:30 PM, with Friday overtime as needed. 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Move molds, castings, and materials throughout the foundry Assemble and prepare flasks for production Load raw materials into furnace for melting Monitor molten metal and assist with safe pouring into molds Remove slag and maintain furnace area Operate ladle and assist with metal transfer processes Break molds and remove finished castings Clean and finish castings using hand tools and power equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED preferred Entry-level candidates welcome; prior foundry or manufacturing experience a plus Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools Ability to understand and follow instructions and safety guidelines Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds Work in environments with heat, dust, noise, and moving machinery Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and varying temperatures Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial setting
