Rotomold Machine Operator Pay:

$21.70 starting out Job Description Join our team as a Rotomold Machine Operator on the 1st shift from Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the machine and ensuring the manufacturing of high-quality parts. Responsibilities Program and maintain the operation of the rotomold machine, including setup, shutdown, temperature adjustments, filling buckets with powder, pulling completed parts, scraping, and cleaning as per work instructions. Understand the rotational molding process, mold preparation, basic mechanics, and perform minor maintenance including mold releases, cleaning of parting lines, burn time, temperature, cooling, etc. Know the characteristics of standard resins, the proper cure, and how to check the cure. Read and follow the molding process sheets, correct errors, and report to supervisor or lead. Know the quality standards of the machine as well as the critical dimensions and characteristics of each part and how to check to maintain consistency. Effectively conduct a first part inspection to approve setup. Essential Skills 2+ years of machine operating experience 2+ years of blueprint reading experience 2+ years of injection or rotational experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with hand tools, rotomold, injection mold, injection molding machine, and power tools.
