Job Description

Company Background Corry Rubber is one of the country's foremost manufacturers of molded elastomer and rubber products for diversified industrial and medical end markets. Leveraging over 60 years of material design and engineering expertise, the company is well-positioned to win new business, both from existing and new customers, as well as via the accelerating trend of work being on-shored back to America from China. Primary Job Description Candidate will be responsible for operating injection, and at times, conventional presses, to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods while reporting to the 2nd shift supervisor. Responsibilities Operate multiple injection presses to mold elastomeric (rubber) goods Operate multiple conventional presses as needed Trim, inspect and box parts after molding Accurately record output on daily production worksheets Monitor quality using visual inspection and via software data entry Perform daily cleanup of press and other production areas Suggested Background Experience and comfort with industrial machinery, computers and data entry Ability to lift heavy loads Compensation & Benefits Wage estimate of $19.00-$19.25 per hour is the approximate average this position has paid over the past year including base wages, shift premium and piece-work bonus 10 paid holidays Health, dental and vision insurance Participation in the Company's non-matching 401(k) plan after 1 year of employment 1 week vacation in first year of employment; 2 weeks vacation with 2 years employment; 3 weeks vacation with 7 years employment; 4 week vacation with 15 years of employment
Pay:
$19.00 - $19.25 per hour
