Molding Machine Operator (1st or 2nd Shift) TOPS Staffing is hiring a Molding Machine Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a union manufacturing company. Position Overview:
As a Molding Machine Operator, you will operate and support molding equipment used to produce plastic components. This includes machine setup, loading materials, monitoring production, and ensuring finished parts meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
? Operate and monitor molding machines to produce quality parts ? Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers ? Load raw materials and remove finished products ? Follow work instructions and process sheets ? Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met ? Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment ? Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or GED required ? Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required ? Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools ? Ability to follow detailed instructions ? Strong attention to detail and reliability ? Willingness to work overtime as needed
Pay Progression:
