Viking LLC is looking for an Injection Molding Machine Technician to keep our production floor running smoothly, and we're ready to invest in your growth while you do it.

Weekly pay Generous paid time off Medical, Dental, LifeShort-Term Disability insurance 401(k) with company contribution Tuition reimbursement Hands-on training and real opportunities to grow your skills A team-oriented culture where dependability is valued and noticed What You'll Do Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines and mold-changing equipment for production Install molds and make adjustments to keep quality standards on target Monitor machine performance and part quality, making process changes as needed Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime and keep product flowing Perform preventive maintenance inspections and repairs Conduct mold changes, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting molds, per the production schedule Keep accurate documentation of process changes and equipment concerns Help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production area What You Bring Hands-on experience with injection molding equipment in a technical, maintenance, or troubleshooting role (1+ year preferred - but if you've got strong mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply) Comfort using hand tools, mechanic's tools, and basic equipment maintenance skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications Strong problem-solving skills - you notice when something's off and know how to figure out why Self-motivated and reliable; you work well independently and as part of a team Good attendance and a reputation for showing up and following through Physical Requirements This role is active and hands-on. It involves standing for extended periods, working in varied positions, and lifting up to 55 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation. You'll be working around machinery, so expect some noise and temperature variations. Standard PPE is provided.
