4-5+ years of Press Setup, Die Setting, or Molding Presses

• Powder Metal, Stamping, or 60
• 880 Ton Molding Presses/Multi Action Molding Processes experience required Able to read blueprints/tooling specs and use basic measuring tools required Mechanical troubleshooting experience preferred Powder Metallurgy / Sintered Metal MFG experience preferred

Molding Press Operator:

Setting up, operating, and maintaining powder metal and molding presses Responsibilities include installing tooling, performing die changeovers, checking part quality, and troubleshooting issues to support production Additional duties include monitoring press performance, adjusting settings (tonnage, fill, timing, pressure), and performing minor maintenance Parts produced include gears, sprockets, bushings, bearings, hubs, spacers, cams, valve components, and magnetic components As a tool & die maker you will work in a clean safe environment Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
