Clear path to PM / Estimator / Ops roles What You'll Actually Be Doing Running water mitigation jobs from start to finish Leading crews on-site (while working hands-on) Performing extraction, demo, and equipment setup Monitoring drying and adjusting equipment Handling customer communication on-site Ensuring jobs are completed correctly and efficiently What You Need 3+ years in water mitigation / restoration Experience with drying, demo, and equipment setup Ability to lead and direct other technicians Valid driver's license Willingness to be on-call when needed Bonus Points (Not Required) IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) Mold remediation experience Xactimate / DocuSketch Construction or trade background About the Opportunity This is with a fast-growing restoration company expanding across the Rhode Island area.
