Fountain Inn, SC Job Description A leading automotive manufacturing facility is seeking experienced Process Technicians to support production, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing processes, optimizing machine performance, reducing scrap, improving cycle times, and supporting production efficiency. Candidates should have strong hands-on troubleshooting abilities and experience making process adjustments in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and optimize manufacturing processes Adjust machine and process parameters Improve cycle times and production efficiency Reduce scrap and improve quality performance Support machine setups and production startups Investigate and resolve process-related issues Conduct root-cause analysis Recommend process improvements Monitor production performance metrics Support continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing process experience Experience troubleshooting production issues Ability to make process adjustments independently Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of process controls and production metrics Preferred Qualifications Injection molding experience Automotive manufacturing experience Lean Manufacturing background Continuous Improvement experience Tier-1 automotive supplier experience
