Position Title:
Injection Molding Process Tech (Night Shift)
Location:
Inman, South Carolina
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP NOW AND AT ANY TIME IN THE FUTURE

What You Need:
High School Diploma/GED required (technical training or certifications preferred) 5-8 years of experience working with high-tonnage injection molding machines (1,000-4,000 tons) Experience with robot programming (Fanuc & Kuka preferred) Strong troubleshooting skills in molding processes and equipment Knowledge of commodity and engineering-grade resins
What Your Role Will Look Like:
The Injection Molding Process Tech will be responsible for ensuring high-quality molding processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a vertically integrated manufacturing environment. Perform start-up and processing of molding machines, robots, and auxiliary equipment Set up and sample new, transferred, and modified molds Monitor part quality and make process adjustments to correct issues Troubleshoot and debug molding and robotic processes to maintain production standards Work with tooling, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve problems Support design, prototyping, and quotation efforts when needed Ensure compliance with ISO policies, procedures, and safety protocols Maintain documentation, complete production reports, and communicate effectively across teams Uphold housekeeping and safety standards About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
