Advance Your Technical Career with M&M Industries M&M Industries is hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians and Process Technicians for our plastic injection molding facility in Phoenix, Arizona. These full-time, direct-hire opportunities offer competitive hourly rates and company-paid relocation assistance for qualified candidates. The positions are onsite in Phoenix, and relocation is required if applicable. Available Opportunities Maintenance Technicians | $31.37-$41.00 per hour

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines and production equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues Perform preventive and corrective maintenance Troubleshoot automation, controls, motors, sensors, and conveyors Minimize downtime and support safe, reliable operations Process Technicians | $26.90-$36.00 per hour
• Start up and shut down injection molding machines Complete mold, material, and color changeovers Establish and adjust process parameters Troubleshoot molding defects and production interruptions Monitor process performance and maintain product quality Work with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve efficiency
• If eligible, both roles offer opportunities for pay increases within each technician level based on established progression milestones and performance.

Qualifications We are seeking technicians with required experience in one or more of these areas: Industrial manufacturing maintenance Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Hydraulics and pneumatics Automation, PLCs, and controls Plastic injection molding and process troubleshooting Plastic injection molding experience is required for Process Technician opportunities.
