Job Description

PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturing company. We are hiring an Injection Molding Machine Operator.

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00AM-4:30

PM CST Pay Rate:

$17.00/hr

Overtime:

Must be available to work 8-10 hour shifts on Saturdays a few times per month.

Injection Molding Machine Operator Summary:

Operate and maintain injection molding machines. Inspect products for quality and accuracy. Package finished products according to specifications. Complete production and downtime reporting. Support continuous production operations. Maintain safety and quality standards.

Injection Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Operate injection molding presses safely and efficiently. Perform visual quality inspections of molded products. Package and label finished products. Load and unload components from production equipment. Complete production, scrap, and downtime documentation. Move materials and products throughout the production process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ years of manufacturing or machine operation experience. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to follow work instructions and procedures. Ability to lift, stand, and work in a production environment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime as needed. Why PROMAN Staffing?
