Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jaw Crusher Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining jaw crushing equipment to ensure efficient processing of materials. Your expertise will help support our manufacturing and construction projects by ensuring safe and effective operation of heavy machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. Duties Operate jaw crusher machinery safely and efficiently to crush various materials according to project specifications Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on crushing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance Monitor material feed rates and adjust settings as needed to maintain consistent output quality Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or other heavy equipment when necessary Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Collaborate with team members to coordinate material processing schedules and troubleshoot operational issues Maintain accurate records of daily production, equipment maintenance, and safety checks Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy machinery such as jaw crushers or similar crushing equipment in manufacturing or construction environments Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic repairs or adjustments on machinery Familiarity with fabrication, machining, welding, and concrete forming processes is a plus Warehouse experience including forklift operation is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods Basic knowledge of concrete mixer operation, concrete finishing, or related construction skills is beneficial Join our team to contribute your skills in a vibrant environment dedicated to innovation and excellence.
