Setup Technician Blow Molding

We are seeking an experienced Setup Technician to support the setup, operation, maintenance, and optimization of blow molding equipment used in the production of high-quality plastic bottles. This role is critical to keeping production running efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Set up and configure blow molding machines for production runs Adjust machinery to ensure proper operation and product quality Monitor machine startup and shutdown procedures Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with maintenance teams Maintain machine settings, maintenance logs, and production records Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Technical certification preferred (Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related field) Minimum 2 years of experience with blow molding or similar industrial machinery Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and varying temperatures Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable, growing work environment Opportunities for advancement Team-oriented culture Safety-focused workplace Apply today and become part of a team committed to quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Pay:

$25.14 - $30.28 per hour
