CONCRETE
OPERATORMonday - Friday6:00 AM - 2:30 PM$15.00 per hour 
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSPrepare and mix concrete to meet production specifications and quality standardsSet up and prepare molds, including applying release agents, securing foam, and placing rebar as neededRemove finished concrete pads from molds using lifting equipment and transfer to production linesInspect products for quality, removing defects and performing minor repairs to ensure a smooth finishTrowel and finish concrete surfaces for a clean, polished appearanceLabel, wrap, and prepare finished products for storage or shipmentOperate machinery to cut foam and assist in shaping materials to specificationsAssist with vibrating, pouring, and leveling concrete to ensure proper distribution and structureInstall bolts, clips, and inserts based on product requirementsOperate CNC and other production equipment as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport inventory processes, including material counts and trackingFollow all safety guidelines and perform additional duties as assigned 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production or manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanshipSelf-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a teamGood communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent standing, bending, lifting (25-50 lbs), and repetitive motionsHigh School Diploma or GED preferred
