Onsite Payment:
$18/hr. About the Position Team 360 Staffing is looking for a Machine Operator - Injection Molding to support the production of precision molded plastic optical components, including lenses and other optical products used in applications such as infrared sensing, illumination, and imaging. The Machine Operator will be responsible for monitoring injection molding machines, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring products meet the required quality and dimensional specifications. Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production.
  • Measure production parts using calipers and other basic measuring tools.
  • Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.
  • Monitor machines to ensure they are operating properly.
  • Learn and perform proper mold cleaning and maintenance procedures.
  • Identify issues with machines or production parts and communicate them to the Lead.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail, especially when working with precision optical components.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn.
  • Be flexible with scheduling and overtime when production requires it. Candidate Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing, machine operating, injection molding, or production experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of measuring tools; caliper experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify quality issues and communicate them effectively.
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn mold cleaning and machine operation procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule when needed. Benefits
