Full Job Description Description:
1.0 DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mold Setup Change out molds Operate fork lift and Cranes Troubleshoot processes and make required adjustments Clean molds and perform basic maintenance and lubrication Store molds in designated areas Production Setup Assemble and material staging Troubleshooting when problems are reported and observed Supports and participates in the organization's Continual Improvement Program to comply with ISO 9001 and
ISO 14001
requirements by adhering to processes and procedures.
Requirements:
2.0 REQUIREMENTS 2.1 Education High School Graduated or GED College Degree preferred 2.2 Experience Minimum 3 years in experience in plastic injection molding industry 2.3 Skills and Abilities Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow instructions, drawings or blue prints, specifications safety signs/warnings and other job related materials as needed Ability to work under pressure of schedules Ability to read tape measure Must be fully trained in molding machine operation and theory including water flow, hydraulic pressure, temperature settings, and display readouts in a variety of materials Must be capable of training other technicians and working with operators to instruct in proper techniques 2.4 Knowledge Proven work history handling hydraulic, electrical and mechanical repairs on injection molding equipment. Comparable plastics experience may be considered 3.0 PHYSICAL
AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Squatting, sitting, bending, pushing, walking 8-12 hours per day. Able to lift 50lbs Exposure to production environment. Must be able to work in different weather conditions. Must wear personal protective equipment in required production areas. 4.0 OTHERS Attention to detail Self-starter Works with minimal supervision Innovative/creative Flexible/ adaptable
