ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Accurately count, measure, weigh, and mix materials. Prepare molding equipment and materials for daily production. Load reinforcing medium and resin or pre-mix charges into molding equipment. Execute molding cycles and make minor adjustments for quality control. Unload finished parts and inspect for quality compliance. Learn and follow hazardous material handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness in work areas and around equipment. Safely operate tools and equipment, including sanders and scarifiers. Identify and understand different mixes and materials. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards consistently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide) using whole numbers and standard units of measure. Use measuring tapes and other measuring/recording instruments. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Use hands and fingers to handle, feel, and reach; operate tools, objects, and controls. Speak and hear clearly in a work environment. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Must pass a pre-employment math test. Steel toe boots are required.
