$28.00-$34.00 per hour

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Thursday (7:00 AM-5:30 PM) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Processing Engineer / Mold Technician to join a growing plastics manufacturing team. This hands-on position is responsible for setting up and optimizing injection molding processes, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring consistent product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have a strong background in injection molding and enjoy solving processing challenges, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Set up molds and prepare injection molding machines for production Adjust machine parameters to optimize quality and efficiency Troubleshoot molding defects and resolve processing issues Perform mold changes and support production startups Monitor production to maintain quality and reduce scrap Assist with new mold and material trials Work closely with production and quality teams to improve processes Maintain accurate process documentation and follow safety procedures Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on injection molding processing experience Experience with mold setups and mold changes Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills Knowledge of thermoplastics and molding processes Ability to adjust processing parameters independently Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to quality, safety, and teamwork Benefits Company-paid majority of employee health insurance (BCBS) 401(k) with company match 10 days paid vacation after one year 3 Personal PTO days annually 8 Paid Holidays Stable day-shift schedule with a four-day workweek If you have experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician, Mold Technician, Mold Setter, or Plastics Process Technician , we encourage you to apply today.
