Job Description
Description Blow Mold Production Technician Job Summary:
The Blow Mold Production Technician monitors automated production equipment, maintains supply of production materials, inspects parts, operates forklift, and various other tasks, all with a major emphasis on quality and safety.Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operates production machinery in accordance with specifications
- Inspects equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance
- Understands the processing aspects of equipment, performs quality checks, and reports any defects to shift Leadership and QA
- Performs bottle testing procedures and enters data into SPC collection center
- Makes processing adjustments to the machine as needed
- Maintains logs and records of units produced including a record of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces
- Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area
- Performs other related duties as assigned
