Full-Time, $16.95+/hour McGee's Stamp & Trophy, a Utah-based leader in custom recognition products for over 50+ years, is currently hiring a Laser Engraver to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precise, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality, customized items that celebrate milestones and achievements. As a Laser Engraver, you will be responsible for setting up and operating laser engraving equipment to produce personalized plaques, awards, trophies, nameplates, signage, and other custom items. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual who can maintain quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate laser engraving machines to produce a variety of custom products Interpret and prepare digital artwork or design files for engraving Calibrate machines, select appropriate materials, and adjust settings for optimal results Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and accuracy Maintain clean, organized workstations and assist with general production tasks as needed Work closely with the design and customer service teams to ensure specifications are met.

Required Qualifications:

High attention to detail and strong visual accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience operating laser engravers or CNC equipment (preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate). Basic computer skills; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW is a plus. Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
