We're looking for a Restoration Supervisor (Crew Chief) ready to lead field teams, deliver quality service, and ensure our customers are taken care of during some of their most stressful moments. As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll be the face of Barex on-site—organizing crews, maintaining quality standards, and communicating progress every step of the way. 401(k) with Matching Career Advancement Pathways Paid Time Off & Company Holidays Team Events & Recognition Programs Professional Training & Certifications (IICRC, OSHA, etc.) Tight-knit, performance-driven team culture Your Key Responsibilities Coordinate and perform water damage restoration and remediation work Ensure project quality, job site cleanliness, and safety compliance Supervise technicians: assign tasks, communicate clearly, and lead with professionalism Monitor and manage jobsite resources (equipment, consumables, labor hours) Document all job activity in digital job files (photos, readings, notes, etc.) Maintain excellent communication with the office and project managers Foster client satisfaction by providing transparency and customer service throughout the project Drive customer reviews and repeat business through a job well done What You Bring to the Table Valid driver's license and clean driving record Minimum 3 year of experience in construction, cleaning, restoration, or related trades IICRC Certification (preferred, not required) Strong communication and leadership skills Able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with team support Comfortable in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces) and working at ceiling heights Familiarity with restoration tools, equipment, and jobsite safety standards Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents and restoration chemicals A Career That Grows With You At Barex , we don't just hire — we invest in people.
