Job Description

  • ⭐•About the Role•You'll operate and maintain blow‑mold equipment that produces plastic milk jugs, perform quality checks, make adjustments, and keep production running smoothly.
This is a fast‑paced, active role where your mechanical skills really matter.

    • Your Daily Responsibilities
    • + Set up, adjust, clean, and operate blow‑mold machines + Perform and record hourly bottle weight checks + Make heat, weight, and tooling adjustments to stay within spec + Monitor the Alpine system, clear jams, and call for material + Run the bailer and manage bales when full + Report equipment issues to leads or maintenance + Assist maintenance with repairs beyond operator level + Follow all Safety Procedures and GMP standards + Keep your area clean and complete required documentation •?

    • + •6+ months•of blow molding, injection molding, or machine‑operator experience + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability + Comfortable adjusting heat/weight settings and unclogging lines + Good attention to detail and basic math skills + Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment •?

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
