SEATTLE AREA
to perform on-site mold inspections and collect air and surface samples for laboratory analysis. No prior experience is required. We provide training. This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling to residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Travel to client properties in the San Jose / Bay Area Collect air samples using spore trap cassettes Collect surface samples (swabs or tape lifts) when necessary Take clear photos of inspection areas Document basic notes and conditions during inspections Send samples to the laboratory for analysis Communicate with our office regarding job completion Requirements Reliable transportation Smartphone to take photos and send inspection notes Good communication and professionalism with clients Ability to follow instructions and sampling protocols Ability to travel to different properties What We Provide Full training on mold sampling procedures Flexible schedule Ongoing work available Compensation $150 - $300 daily pay depending on job size and number of samples About Us John Mold Testing Inc. provides professional mold inspections and testing for residential and commercial properties throughout California. Our office handles scheduling, lab coordination, and reporting so technicians can focus on field work.
