We're committed to continuous improvement and technical excellence — and we're looking for a skilled Process Technician with hands-on scientific molding and process development experience to join our team. What You'll Do Develop, document, and optimize injection molding process parameters (\"recipes\") for new and existing molds using scientific molding principles Test and qualify new molds to confirm proper function and repeatability before production release Run and interpret Design of Experiments (DOE) studies to establish robust processing windows Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap, cycle time, and downtime Provide production support — troubleshoot process issues in real time and implement corrective actions Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to validate processes and resolve part defects Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of process setups, trial data, and process change history Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on injection molding process development experience — building and documenting process recipes, not just machine operation Working knowledge of scientific molding principles (cavity fill analysis, viscosity curves, process windows) and DOE methodology Comfort reading and interpreting technical drawings, mold prints, and process specifications Strong troubleshooting instincts and clear written documentation habits Experience with Milacron Presses (Up to 400T) and ABS, PC, Acetal, Polypropylenes a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification (RJG, Paulson, or similar scientific molding training) preferred Why Join Us?
