We're seeking a skilled Crew Lead for our restoration team on water, fire, and mold projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.Responsibilities:
Lead a team on water, fire, and mold restoration projects Respond to emergency calls and assess property damage Operate drying, extraction, and cleaning equipment Ensure projects meet ServiceMaster and industry standards (IICRC, OSHA) Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and insurance representatives Maintain accurate job documentation, including notes and photos Ensure safe, clean, and organized job sites Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency responseJob Type:
