Essential Skills Minimum of 1-year prior experience in Thermoplastic/LSR machine set-up or completion of the Mold Technician Level One training. Mechanical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Capability to read, write, and communicate in English. High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional Skills & Qualifications Troubleshooting and machine operation skills. Experience with blueprint reading. Knowledge of preventive maintenance. Injection mold setup experience. The role operates on a unique shift pattern: Week 1 involves working 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on; Week 2 includes 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Amery, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
