Cement Mixer Driver for our upcoming projects in Milwaukee County.

We regularly complete contracts with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and with many major Heavy and Highway construction companies. We have poured pavements for WisDOT, airports including General Mitchell International, harbors, municipal streets and industrial construction.
Duties and Responsibilities Driver:
Check vehicles to ensure that mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment is in good working order Read bills of lading to determine assignment details Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from the loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned Load or unload trucks or help others with loading or unloading, using special loading-related equipment or other equipment as necessary Maintain logs of working hours and vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations Obtain receipts or signatures for delivered goods and collect payment for services when required Perform minor emergency roadside repairs, such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, etc. Read and interpret maps and use phone mapping applications to determine vehicle routes Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to vehicle Keep truck clean
Requirements:
Commercial Driver's License Class
A, B, C, D
is Required. No endorsements required. Concrete Mixer experience required.
