Job Overview:
We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operators and Mill Operators to join PMC's machine shop. This role involves setup and operation of CNC lathes or Mills for precision machining. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, adjusting tooling offsets, and inspecting workpieces for tight tolerances.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes or Mills to produce custom machine parts. Read blueprints and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing. Perform tooling adjustments and routine maintenance. Use precision measurement instruments to inspect parts. Troubleshoot and correct deviations in real time.
Qualifications:
Proven experience operating CNC lathes or Mills. Proficient in blueprint reading and machining practices. Comfortable working in a low-volume, high-precision environment.
