Molding Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating rotational molding equipment safely
• Loading raw polyethylene resin and unloading completed molded parts
• Verifying production schedules and ensuring correct oven programs are in use
• Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Working collaboratively with other team members to assemble and disassemble molds
• Performing mold changes using overhead cranes and rigging equipment
• Maintaining accurate production tracking and documentation Requirements for

Molding Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours in a fast-paced environment; lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
