We are seeking a motivated Blow Mold Machine Operator to join our team in Racine, WI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, mechanical equipment, and learning new skills in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll operate and monitor our blow molding equipment, help ensure high-quality products are produced, and work closely with our Maintenance Technician to learn machine setup, color changes, tooling changes, and basic machine adjustments. Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to produce quality products that meet specifications Trim excess material from molded products Regrind scrap material and non-conforming parts for reuse in the manufacturing process Assist with machine color changes and tooling changeovers Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor machine performance during production runs Weigh finished products to verify quality and machine accuracy Assemble products by inserting metal components into plastic parts using punch press equipment Safely hand-feed metal components into production equipment Package finished products for shipment Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies Lift and move materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift What are we looking for? Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Experience in a hands-on, physically active, or labor-intensive role Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing equipment Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety A positive, team-oriented attitude A history of reliability and longevity in previous positions is a plus Why work for us?
