Pay and schedule Earn up to $23/hr with shift differential included Paid lunches Choose the schedule that fits your life: 4x10 (four days a week): 5am-3pm or 3pm-1am 5x8 (five days a week): 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm Full-time with steady, consistent hours Key Responsibilities What you'll do Work in our foam fabrication or molding operations, producing the foam products our customers depend on Operate production equipment and follow work instructions Check your work to make sure every product meets our quality standards Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Work with your team to hit daily production goals Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What you bring Attention to detail and pride in your work Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting A team-first attitude and a commitment to safety No experience required.
