AAA Hardwoods is seeking an Experienced Sawmill Operator to join our team in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. Responsible for safely operating, setting up and maintaining Sawmill Equipment. This full-time position works Monday - Thursday from 6am - 4:30pm, and includes a full benefits package. Responsibilities Conduct activities in a safe manner, follow corporate safety guidelines and requirements, use personal protective equipment and proactively address any unsafe conditions observed. Maintain housekeeping and safety compliance, inspection ready at all times Responsible for setting up machines, maintaining process flow, shutting down machines, and performing maintenance as necessary Cleans and inspects machinery daily Communicates with others on the line to facilitate production Keeps workspace and surroundings clean and neat to foster productivity and efficiency Other assignments as made by management

Contain ability to build rapport and good working relationship with co-workers Demonstrate regular and dependable attendance High School diploma or GED preferred Previous experience with setting up and maintaining equipment preferred Previous sawmill experience preferred Basic mechanical skills Able to read measuring devices
