Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Shop Helper and become an essential part of our production process! In this energetic role, you'll support the daily operations of our manufacturing facility by assisting with assembly, equipment handling, and warehouse tasks. Your contribution will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and efficiency across the shop floor. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced industrial environment while developing valuable mechanical and operational skills. Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment using hand tools and power tools Support assembly line activities by organizing parts, materials, and components needed for production Operate forklifts safely to move raw materials, finished products, and supplies around the warehouse or factory floor Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure proper functioning and report any issues promptly Help with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management in the warehouse Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to uphold a secure working environment Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred Familiarity with assembly line processes and mechanical knowledge is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment such as forklifts is advantageous Strong understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good communication skills Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is beneficial This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in manufacturing while contributing to a thriving production environment.
