$34.08 USD per hour Description General Summary In this position, the Work Control Lead will lead a critical function work order management process. This position will work closely with maintenance and repair shops on scheduling and workload balance. The Work Control Lead will ensure every work request and work order is received, dispatched, and recorded with 100% accuracy and timeliness in the computerized maintenance management system(s). The Lead will preferably have a working knowledge of utilizing Army Maintenance Application (ArMA), GFEBS (General Funds Enterprise Business System), and Maximo systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities + Ensures the accurate documentation of labor daily for employees and Level I subcontract personnel + Ensure the accuracy of documentation to include work center, maintenance plan, equipment number, equipment description, building number, frequency, task list, date called/scheduled, and any additional notes pertinent to the PM (eg- date added, new building, etc) + Develops operating instructions and provides training to assigned personnel to ensure daily requirements are effectively input in GFEBS + Compiles and records daily production results utilizing documents including, but not limited to, service work orders, operations customer orders, and uploading requests for service and otherwise maintain the integrity of the data in the computerized maintenance management system + Dispatch maintenance staff to respond to requests for service + Closeout and upload work orders and other maintenance documents into the computerized maintenance management system + Maintain metrics on work and work order activities + Compile reports on the progress of work and work orders Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements + High school diploma or equivalent + At least three (3) years of related GFEBS experience preferred + Maximo experience preferred Work Environment + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times + Ability to stand, walk, and reach with arms and hands as necessary + Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer This job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change.
