JOB SUMMARY
The Continuous Improvement Technician supports plant improvement efforts through KPI tracking, daily management support, and hands-on problem solving. This role works with operations and maintenance teams to help implement practical improvements, sustain standard work, and support continuous improvement activities across the site. Compensation- $75,000.00
- $85,000.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in: Industrial technology, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business or a related technical discipline. Equivalent combination of education, Lean training, and manufacturing experience will be considered. Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, operations support, production supervision, maintenance coordination, or related industrial environment required.
