Manufacturing Analyst Level 2

El Segundo, CA Work Schedule:
9x80 A Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience. Active DoD Secret Clearance (Required) Job Description Support manufacturing operations through analysis, planning, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Assist with production planning, material management, quality initiatives, financial analysis, and operational performance improvements in a team-based manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support production, business, and manufacturing operations processes. Assist with production planning, scheduling, and control activities. Participate in quality improvement and process optimization initiatives. Support material management, manufacturing systems, and operational performance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Provide training and support to team members as needed. Interact with internal and external customers regarding planning, problem resolution, and process improvements. Contribute to continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related experience. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related business field. Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance (in-scope within the last 6 years). Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR). Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial planning, budgeting, cost analysis, or plant finance. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous internship, co-op, or related professional experience. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. GPA of 3.5 or higher. Active U.S. Government security clearance.
