Job Description

Purpose Work closely with Process Engineers and Manufacturing to support and improve manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting equipment and process issues, performing and documenting fixtures and equipment maintenance, and updating process documentation. Assists Manufacturing Engineers with projects through building or, including process validations. Key Responsibilities Performs tasks of moderate complexity involving production documentation, equipment programming and internal systems maintenance. Works from engineering drawings, detailed sketches or verbal instructions where processes, materials, layout, types of components and dimensions may be specified. Assists in the evaluation of materials and methods. May document and maintain engineering drawings and production documentation. May operate production equipment as necessary etc. Designs simple fixtures, or mechanical parts. Perform analysis and develop PCB drawings and/or assembly of various devices and fixtures. Assists in the preparation of production assembly readiness (documents, tooling, etc). May perform troubleshooting, calibration, analysis or modification of fixtures and equipment. May assist in outlining change procedures equipment. This may include production or customer supplied equipment. May assist in supporting manufacturing activities through the resolution of production problems, preparation and reviews engineering changes and new design. Understands customer's expectations and drive actions to meet them. Performs other related work as assigned.
Job Qualifications Education:
HS Diploma / Certificate / Associate's Degree in Engineering Tech or related field
Experience:
2+ years' experience in manufacturing environment preferred
Required Skill :
