Salary up to $110k, 3+ Weeks PTO, Quarterly Bonus Opportunity to have full ownership of process improvement projects About Our Client Our client is a family-owned manufacturing organization that has experienced significant growth in recent years, expanding its workforce by hundreds of employees while continuing to invest in its operations and infrastructure. The company designs and manufactures custom generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and electrical housings that support critical backup power and infrastructure systems. Job Description Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, throughput, and quality Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and process optimization Support implementation and enhancement of ERP, MES, and SCADA systems Identify process bottlenecks and develop solutions to improve operational performance Manage and execute manufacturing improvement projects from planning through implementation Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence Develop process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making and performance improvements Ensure manufacturing processes align with quality and regulatory requirements Support process automation and manufacturing technology initiatives as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, or continuous improvement environments Experience working with ERP, MES, and/or SCADA systems Proven project management experience within manufacturing operations Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Qualifications Six Sigma Certification Experience with process simulation and data analysis tools Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems Experience with process control and manufacturing automation technologies Background in fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environments What's on Offer Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 Quaterly Bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package PTO and vacation offerings Opportunity to join a growing organization with significant investment in people and operations
