JOB SUMMARY
This position will support manufacturing through process control & improvement initiatives, assume responsibility for integrity for assigned products, establishes & maintains external & internal customer contacts, documents & prepares part specific work instructions & maintain knowledge of job cost & develop/implement appropriate plans to improve profitability.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develop new, and refine existing investment casting product to reduce scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs. Support manufacturing in the producing of castings through all operations. Assist engineering / manufacturing in the completion of assigned projects.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A
minimum of a High School diploma or GED equivalency is required. Currently enrolled in the pursuit of a degree toward a BS in Engineering / Management. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook. Casting or metal fabrication experience preferred.
