Overtime required. Set up equipment, materials, and tooling to support production requirements and quality standards Monitor equipment performance, perform preventive maintenance, and assist with troubleshooting activities Review production schedules and coordinate process readiness for scheduled run Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions to maintain production efficiency Maintain compliance with IATF standards, customer requirements, and company procedures Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts This is what you bring to us High School Diploma or GED required 2+ years of Process Technician experience supporting manufacturing processes Knowledge of high-pressure RIM equipment, milling processes, and manufacturing troubleshooting Basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and maintain quality standards What we offer you Competitive pay Health coverage for you and your family Generous number of vacation days each year Paid wellness time and 14 paid company holidays 401(k) with company match Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
