Job Description

The Jr. Project Specialist is responsible for support of MCE Launch Standards for new model launches during the entire launch process. The position will interact with Corporate Planning, Production Management, Vehicle Process Engineering, andProduct Engineering on all matters relating to Project Launch activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a cross-functional team to successfully Launch a New Vehicle on time within budgetCreate & Track to Resource Plans / WBS / Master PlanTrack Status to BudgetLead Steering Committee & Escalate Issues AccordinglyDevelop Pilot Schedules. Track Plan vs Actual with Daily Pilot Meetings and ReportsManage KPI / KAIs & PDP timing & Escalate RisksIH Review Preparation / ExecutionCoordinate and lead workshops to resolve major issuesLead issue resolution meetings with stakeholders and escalate priority concernsWork closely with Team leads, Quality, and Engineering to ensure objectives are met at the station and plant levels.

Build relationships with Engineering and Manufacturing to comprehend the new product requirements and sequence of build.

Develop and improve work methods.

Work with functional managers and operation managers to improve productivity, quality, and output.

Support Stellantis Industrial System (SIS) as it relates to
Launch Domain and WPI Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree3 or more years of Automotive experienceProgram management experience / trainingExcellent communication and computer skillsExcellent problem solving/analytical skillsexperience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work as part of a team and interface with all levels of management and laborHighly motivated self-starter and change agent
Preferred Qualifications:
