Job Description

Your next role as a Miracle Maker Maravai LifeSciences is seeking a #MiracleMaker to join our Operations team as an Operations Intern. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple operational workflows, including Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Order Fulfillment, with additional exposure to MSAT, Facilities, and Engineering. This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of operational processes, automation systems, and continuous improvement methodologies within a manufacturing environment. How you will make an impact: Rotate through key operational areas including Manufacturing, Quality Control, and Order Fulfillment Learn end-to-end workflows, including inputs, processes, outputs, and system purpose Develop an understanding of quality standards, specifications, and process nuances Gain hands-on exposure to automated manufacturing equipment, including operation, safety, maintenance, and troubleshooting Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects using A3 methodology: Problem definition Root cause analysis Solution implementation Validation and lessons learned Initiate and execute CI projects aimed at improving quality and/or productivity Present progress and findings to stakeholders at key project milestones Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from subject matter experts Perform other functions and duties as required The skills and experience that you will bring: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Interest in manufacturing operations and process improvement Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on, operational environment Program details: 9-week Summer Internship Program Program dates: June 1, 2026 #LI-Onsite
