Job Description

JSG is recruiting Deviation Specialists In this role, you will support deviation management by assessing product impacts, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Youll also be instrumental in authoring and updating critical GMP documentation such as SOPs, batch records, and change control documents. Your expertise will help streamline processes, improve compliance, and contribute to the safety and efficacy of our products. Collaboration is key—you will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Automation, and external vendors to meet tight deadlines and optimize operational performance. Pay $42/hour to $50/hour
Required Skills:
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly Excellent project management capabilities, including managing schedules and deadlines Effective leadership and teamwork skills Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues from multiple perspectives (safety, compliance, equipment, process) Experience supporting deviations, investigations, and root cause analysis in a manufacturing setting Proficiency with GMP documentation and quality systems Nice to
Have Skills:
Deviation management investigation experience in biologics, vaccine, or sterile manufacturing facilities Change control experience Experience with SAP and Power BI Familiarity with automation and equipment troubleshooting Certifications related to quality or manufacturing
Preferred Education and Experience:
B.S. or B.A. in Engineering, Sciences, or a related discipline 2-4 years of relevant experience, including co-op or real-world work in a regulated manufacturing environment
