Role Overview As a Business & Manufacturing Operations Intern , you will gain hands-on experience in production workflows, supply chain coordination, and business process optimization. You'll work closely with our operations and management teams to support real-world projects that impact our bottom line. Key Responsibilities Assist in analyzing production data and identifying efficiency improvements Support supply chain and inventory management activities Participate in process documentation and workflow mapping Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational projects Prepare reports and presentations for management review Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field Strong analytical and organizational skills Self-starter Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to travel to CA, Ontario CA and Quebec What You'll Gain Practical experience in both business and manufacturing operations Mentorship from industry professionals Exposure to real-world problem-solving and decision-making Potential pathway to a full-time role Why Choose MTNA Inc- Eternity Systems?
