Job Description

About the Role As an Industrial Asset Reliability Specialist, you will serve as a key onsite partner to our clients, driving operational excellence and equipment longevity. You will leverage your expertise in maintenance strategies and data analysis to optimize repair processes, reduce downtime, and deliver measurable cost savings. Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end repair lifecycle, utilizing SAP to manage logistics, vendor quotes, and shipping coordination. Analyze equipment failure trends and implement predictive maintenance strategies to enhance plant-wide reliability. Collaborate with technical teams to conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) initiatives. Optimize spare parts inventory levels to balance operational readiness with cost-efficiency. Develop and present actionable KPI reports to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Facilitate culture change by training staff on best practices and standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Required Skills High School diploma or GED equivalent. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data management and reporting. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Preferred Skills 5+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or asset management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data modeling and tracking. Experience working within ERP systems to manage inventory and repair workflows. Willingness to obtain a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Ability to navigate industrial environments and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs.
