Poplar Avenue Memphis, TN The Job You Will Perform:
Assume responsibility for an assigned area of the order-to-invoice process to include: Assessing and influencing the effective use of the supported processes and tools Managing process enhancements from beginning to end Ensuring new or upgraded functionality works via appropriate testing Creating or revising support documentation Providing day-to-day end user support Implementation support (business travel will be required and may be heavy during facility implementations) Facilitating better practice sharing across business groups Supporting activities for identifying, developing and implementing process improvements which will add incremental annual savings and/or improve the end user experience Supporting and sustaining the integrated manufacturing/deliver operating model
The Skills You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 10+ years of SAP experience in the corrugated industry 10+ years of process development or improvement/sustainment experience 5+ years of operational experience in the manufacturing/deliver functional process area in a business unit or manufacturing setting 10+ years of Supply Chain Application systems experience required (preferably Omega) Knowledge of the International Paper Supply Chain operating model Successful business planning, implementation and process improvement experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Technical flexibility - the ability to learn new systems and how they work, comfort around systems, and a level of tech savvy is required for this position In manufacturing/deliver, the required/desired skills are the following: Omega (Mill Execution System) experience - Preferred Strong change and training capabilities / experiences working with end users
