The role is focused on manufacturing/warehouse operations related to server hardware and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities The "Level 2" or general "Industrial Technician" role at Wiwynn involves supporting manufacturing operations and ensuring equipment reliability. Specific duties may vary but generally include:

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing activities related to the maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.

System Support:

Managing and troubleshooting systems like Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within the facility, ensuring accurate inventory control and streamlined material handling.

Collaboration:

Working with maintenance, engineering, production, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and effective preventive maintenance programs.

Documentation and Compliance:

Creating and maintaining technical documentation, following workplace safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, NFPA 70E).

Problem Solving:

Conducting root cause analysis and providing corrective action plans for technical issues during manufacturing and quality control stages.

Physical Demands:

Performing tasks that may require standing, walking, climbing ladders, kneeling, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs, in a warehouse or production environment. Qualifications Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environment, often with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience depending on the specific technician level.
